When you order Florida Gators merchandise from Proud Gator, your order will be shipping as quickly as possible. Most items are shipped within 2 business days of your order. If your item(s) cannot be shipped within 1 week of placing order, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone. Please allow at least 3 to 4 business days for delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must have original tags plus a copy of your sales receipt and a note of explanation. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
